The delivery time is listed in the shopping cart under each shipping method. If an item has a different delivery time, it is indicated next to that item.

Delivery & Shipping

We use DHL and PostNord as our shipping carriers.

• Sweden: Free shipping on orders over 500 SEK. 49 SEK for orders under 500 SEK. 98 SEK for business packages under 500 SEK.
• Outside Sweden: Contact us for more information about what applies to you specifically.
• All packages weighing more than 30 kg are shipped via Postnord Home Delivery or DHL Home Delivery. You can choose the time that’s most convenient for you to receive your order.
• Pick up your order at our warehouse free of charge.

Notification

To notify you about your package, we’ll use the cell phone number or email address you provide at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any typos made during the purchase process. So please double-check your contact information to ensure you receive notifications.

Delivery Time

We aim to ship orders received before 12:00 p.m. on weekdays the same day, and in most cases, they will reach you within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary between 1–3 business days, subject to possible delays during sales events and holidays.

We reserve the right to discontinue certain products. In the event of a product discontinuation, we will contact you at the email address or phone number you provided to find a solution that works best for you.

Unclaimed Packages

If you have selected cash on delivery as your shipping method, your items will remain at the post office for four weeks. Unclaimed items will be returned to us. For any packages that are not claimed, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, a processing fee, and a handling fee, currently 150 SEK.
